With experience spanning multiple industries and a background in both Human Resources and Accounting, I've built my career around helping businesses create stronger workplaces while supporting the people who make them successful. In 2024, I took the leap to become my own CEO and founded Optimal HR Solutions with a simple mission: to provide practical, people-focused HR solutions that help small and medium-sized businesses thrive.

I partner with organizations as a trusted HR resource, providing guidance across every stage of the employee lifecycle. My services include recruiting and hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, leave administration, compliance, training and development, policy and handbook creation, and offboarding. Whether a business needs ongoing HR support or assistance with a specific challenge, I work alongside leadership to create solutions that are strategic, compliant, and tailored to their unique goals.

As the Director of Business Development at Optimal HR Solutions, I'm passionate about helping businesses build stronger organizations through practical, people-focused HR solutions. I believe the best business relationships are built on trust, communication, and a genuine understanding of each client's unique goals.

With more than 20 years of experience in leadership, operations, business development, and sales across healthcare, emergency services, wellness, transportation, and human resources, I've had the opportunity to help organizations grow, strengthen teams, and overcome complex challenges. Those experiences have shaped my belief that when businesses invest in their people, success naturally follows.

My approach is simple: listen first, build meaningful relationships, and provide solutions that make a lasting impact.
